How do I reset my password?

Should I backup my data?

Yes! Having data backups is critical to recovering lost data due to system malfunctions, virus attacks, accidental deletions, etc. Astek Services can provide you with customized support for creating dependable data backups. For more information, fill out our contact form .

When working remotely, how does Astek Services make sure their connection to my network is secure?

To keep our clients’ networks protected, Astek Services always uses a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) whenever we provide off-site support. Our main software tool is CISCO, but our IT personnel can work with whatever software our clients might prefer.

What software do you usually work with for setup and/or maintenance?

Our team usually works with Windows, Linux or Veeam, but are not limited to these three. Our IT professionals are capable of and more than willing to provide setup and/or maintenance using other software that our clients might prefer.
